Jesus said to his disciples: “I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now. But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming. He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you. Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.” —John 16:12-15

When I was in the presence of the Holy Spirit, He shared the beatific vision with me. I knew all the Truth of God, and the mysteries of our faith were made simple. I often say that, sadly, the knowledge did not return with me, but there are times in my writing or in my words, this Truth surfaces again.

God is so far above us and beyond all human comprehension; He cannot be fully contained in the human mind. Our Lord is so vast that He fills the mind and soul, yet still is beyond our understanding. This is why we trust that the Advocate will give us the words and knowledge at the moment of our need. Like a baby at the table, the Father patiently feeds us with a tiny spoon, giving us only what we can take in.

Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us.

Jesus, I trust in you.
