Wednesday of the Sixth Week of Easter

Jesus said to his disciples:  "I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now. But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming. He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you. Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine and declare it to you." -John 16:12-15

The Spirit of Truth guides each of us. For some, it is a grand voice, easily heard, but for most, it is a whisper. He gives signals and signs for us throughout our day. He speaks through those He touches, and through their words, He brings answers to our deepest prayers.

So, too, God wishes to speak through you and pass on His Word to those you encounter. Be vigilant and watchful for the signals and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Christ promised He would come, and so He has. Expect to see Him, and the Holy Spirit will guide you to all Truth.

He is risen! He is risen indeed. Hallelujah!
