Feast of the Holy Name of Mary

“Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. Give and gifts will be given to you; a good measure, packed together, shaken down, and overflowing, will be poured into your lap. For the measure with which you measure will in return be measured out to you.” -Luke 6:37-38
 
There comes a time for each of us when we will leave this place for another and kneel before Our Lord. We will see ourselves in the clarity of His truth. It will be too late to change, avoid sin, or do anything different in our earthly lives.
 
We will be judged by how we judged others and forgiven by how we forgave. What a blessed gift this day is, for the Lord has given us another chance to treat others how we pray He will treat us.
 
Measure fairly and justly for others, and trust in Christ’s mercy.
