“The Pharisees came forward and began to argue with Jesus, seeking from him a sign from heaven to test him. He sighed from the depth of his spirit and said, "Why does this generation seek a sign? Amen, I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation." Then he left them, got into the boat again, and went off to the other shore.” -Mark 8:11-13

If only the Pharisees had looked around them, they would have seen the many signs Jesus had already given from heaven. But that is often how we react to the Lord. God places miracles in our lives, but they are overlooked. Maybe it’s through the spiritual battle or our ignorance, but we fail to see His works in our lives.

If we want to see signs from heaven that Christ is here with us now, all that is necessary is to open our eyes to witness them. It requires a conscious decision to accept God’s grace of faith. The miracles are already all around us; it is with faith that we can see them.
