Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord

“Jesus took Peter, James, and his brother, John, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. And he was transfigured before them; his face shone like the sun and his clothes became white as light." -Matthew 17:1-2

Jesus will call each of us to spend a moment with Him in that high place. As we kneel before Him, we too will see His dazzling brilliance and feel His Light, Power, Love, and Mercy, touching us. But it is only through the Mercy of Christ that we will be invited into the Father’s Kingdom, and live in the glorious Light of the Most Holy Trinity, for all eternity.
