Daily Inspiration

There are many things we don’t understand about the Holy Trinity, and we call those things mysteries. It is also no surprise that there are many things I don’t understand about my encounters that I’ve written about in the book, “The Mystic Next Door”, or in the talks I’ve given.

Interestingly, the questions asked of me, by those who have either read the book, or listened to me speak, have helped me come to a better understanding myself. In some cases, it was the lack of my vocabulary, that caused the confusion. It is hard to explain the experiences of God’s realm, with the pale words of this world, while in other instances, I’m just not explaining it well. Those questions can usually be answered very quickly, as it is just a matter of me choosing a better word or phrase to describe the encounter.

In many cases though, my message is clouded, because I just don’t fully understand yet, what I experienced. We’re dealing with God, and a very limited human intellect on my part. For those mysteries, I turn to scripture, or to the saints and their own encounters, and even my priest friend, who is so well versed in the mystic world. With prayer, meditation, contemplation, and study, sometimes I can find the answer that was hidden. In some cases, the answer remains to be discovered until a different moment God has planned for its discovery.

If you’ve watched a video of my talk, heard me in person, or read the book, and have a question, this is a great place to ask. God works through us all, and your question may just lead to an answer that He wants us all to hear. I have been blessed with so many questions that have led me to the understanding that I have of God. I’m always thankful to receive questions, since they may be the spark of a hidden message that I’ve never even though about.

I’ll do my best to answer the questions within this blog for all to see. If it takes a while for my answer, that just means I’m still searching for one.
