“I have told you this in figures of speech. The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figures but I will tell you clearly about the Father. On that day you will ask in my name, and I do not tell you that I will ask the Father for you. For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have come to believe that I came from God. I came from the Father and have come into the world. Now I am leaving the world and going back to the Father.”-John 16:25-28

In Jesus’ Pasion, Christ tells us clearly of the inconceivable Love of the Father. That God came down and became man, was condemned by the very children He came to save, suffered, and died for us. He rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven, all so that you and I could be reconciled to Him, so that we may once again walk with the Lord in His Garden. We’ve heard it countless times, but have we ever really taken time to contemplate the Love God has for each of us?
