Jesus said: “I glorified you on earth by accomplishing the work that you gave me to do.” -John 17:4
Jesus told us He would be with us always. In our sleep, our play, and our work, Christ is with us. When it comes to the work we enjoy the least, do it out of love for God, and complete the chore with our full effort. Use it as an opportunity to talk to Him, and to honor Him. We worry whether we are doing the Father’s will, or if we have chosen the right track in our life. If we do all things with the intention of glorifying God, then we are doing what He asks.
