“Abraham your father rejoiced to see my day; he saw it and was glad. So the Jews said to him, “You are not yet fifty years old and you have seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, before Abraham came to be, I AM.” -John 8:56-58
For God there is no past or future; He sees all of time, now. For us then, we should focus on ourselves to become closer to Him now as well. Do not dwell on the past, good or bad, and do not wait for the future because God is here with us in the present. Today is the perfect day to make the change, to become closer to the Lord. If you are close, become closer, and if you are distant, He is waiting for you to return, now.
