Jesus said:
“I cannot do anything on my own; I judge as I hear, and my judgment is just, because I do not seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me.” -John 5:30
Jesus came to fulfill the will of the Father. God made man, relied on the Father to complete His mission here on Earth. How then can we, mortal man, think that we can do anything without the aid of our Father? How can we think our will outweighs God’s?
