Daily Inspiration

"At the sight of the crowds, Jesus’ heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” -Matthew 9:36-38

The Scriptures speak so often of the Heart of Jesus, and His Love and pity for us. God knows us more intimately than we know ourselves, and while we may lie to ourselves and others, He knows the Truth. Ask the Master to entwine your heart to His, so that you may find the courage to go out and labor for the Lord. Trust in Him, that He will give you what you need to be a part of His harvest.
